My passion, my mindset, my basketball – this is CroSzn

Do you remember that first moment you held a ball and thought: this is my place ?
That's what it felt like for me when I discovered basketball.

I am Sven Vandersmissen, father of three kids, married, and someone whose heart always beats faster for sports – and especially for basketball.

My athletic journey began young: judo at six, tennis at seven, volleyball at twelve… but from fourteen onward, basketball took over. Hours of dribbling on courts, winning and losing matches, falling and getting back up – it became my passion, my mindset, my life.

I played for BC Chalet, Avanti Zemst, and Boskanters Steenokkerzeel. Today, I pass on that passion as a coach – from U16a BBC Haacht to DSE A – to Triton Leuven, women's seniors 1st provincial division Flemish Brabant. Basketball isn't just a sport for me; it's a way of life.

Cro S zn was born from that same love for the game and the gear. After a year of podcasting about basketball, I wanted to create something I fully support. Those first Jordans, Reebok pumps, iconic jerseys… I wanted to capture that sense of style, energy, and basketball. Cro S zn combines mindset, basketball passion, and exclusivity. Each piece tells a story of hours on the court and every move you make.
